Festival of the Cross
From the 1st to the 3rd of May, the patronal feast in honour of the Santísimo Cristo de la Expiración is celebrated. On the last day, the Cristo is carried in procession.
During these days, the traditional Rodeo festival, where the livestock deals take place, is held. There is also a large exhibition of craftwork from all over the region and the neighbouring country.
At the same time, the Crosses of May competition is held. In it, the villagers make crosses with different materials, which are exhibited in corners, garages or fountain basins, to the delight of anyone who wants to walk through the streets of the town and admire them.
You can also enjoy the festive atmosphere reigning in the village during these days with street parties, competitions, attractions and various activities.
